Bird Monster Sketch concept

This is a quick sketch for a bird-like monster that I drew on paper. Kind of a quick concept for a little project that some friends and I are working on.
A buddy of mine was kind enough to digitalize and tweak the image a little so no detail was lost (How he managed to get rid of the grain is still a mystery to me lol)
